Rob is a highly experienced and an inspiring professional with a proven track record in Health IT development and in-sourcing large-scale technical delivery of national solutions. He has provided international leadership in Cyber Security, working in the largest health IT programme in Europe, providing executive Board-level strategic input across a number of public sector institutions including NHS Digital, NHS England, Department for Work and Pensions and the Department of Health.

With 30 years complex IT delivery success and excellent cross-organisation and multi team  leadership capability, Rob has developed, implemented and enhanced the UK’s largest public sector in-sourced national system: he has managed large-scale complex supplier relationships with multiple system integration partners. He was responsible for headcount in excess of 1000 and a budget of £250m. Rob has led international trade missions, including the Prime Ministers' first overseas delegations and provided consultancy expertise to Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Health, Canada Health Infoway and the Indian health sector. He also led UK's input to Global Digital Health Partnership.
