Our field observations have helped us identify market gaps and gain a deeper understanding of unmet needs. Guided by our purpose, these observations evolved into ideas, and ideas matured into pragmatic business concepts. These future-shaping endeavours have now a new home: our Seha Venture Studio.
No secret sauce! over time, we learned the value of publicly sharing all our concepts. These new businesses are self-managed, adhering to the principles of a ‘teal’ organisation. We believe that open collaboration is critical in the health and care today, and we actively pursue this openness in all our endeavours.
